I was born and raised on a farm in Brazil. We used to harvest the best natural and organic food straight from our farm. I’ll always remember my mother making Pão de Queijo in the morning for the whole family. I admired my mother. The food she made was delicious.

Today, I make Pão de Queijo for my family and friends, in honor of my mother. I am very proud to share this special snack that I used to have for breakfast every morning.

I want everyone to be able to taste and enjoy this delicacy that originated in Brazil in the 18th century. Now it is available locally in the Pacific Northwest, and still made with the best local and natural ingredients I can find.
