From The Owner

I was born and raised on a farm in Brazil, where we harvested the finest natural, organic food straight from the land. One of my fondest memories is waking up every morning, to the smell of fresh Pão de Queijo that my mother lovingly made, for the whole family. Her cooking was unforgettable. I deeply admire my mother and how delicious every meal was. I believe that magic came from using pure, wholesome ingredients, and her making everything with only the love and care, a mother could provide.

Today, I make that same cherished Brazilian cheese bread for my family and friends—honoring my mother’s tradition and the joy it brought to our home. I’m proud to share this special snack I grew up with, once a staple of my childhood breakfast table; then eventually, a staple for my own children and grandchildren. And now, I’m honored to share this staple with you.

Pão de Queijo has been a part of Brazil’s culture since the 18th century—and now I’m pleased to provide it to everyone, here, in the Pacific Northwest. I continue to make it, myself, and with only the best natural, whole ingredients I can find, so you can taste the tradition in every bite.
